The Natural Womanhood Podcast

The Natural Womanhood Podcast brings together experts in the field of fertility awareness for candid, informative, and friendly conversations about authentic women's health. From pelvic floor physical therapy, to surgical interventions, to relationships and mental health, no topic is off limits as we seek to bring the empowering truth about women, their bodies, and their cycles to our listeners: that is, that women's cycles are essential, powerful, beautiful, and do not need to be "controlled."

The Natural Womanhood podcast is hosted by Grace Emily Stark, Natural Womanhood's Editor-in-Chief. Grace is an award-winning journalist, a certified instructor of the Sympto-Thermal Method of fertility awareness, and she holds a M.A. in Bioethics and Health Policy.

The Natural Womanhood Podcast is a production of Natural Womanhood, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving women's health literacy through the promotion of evidence-based fertility awareness methods (FAMs) of natural family planning. Natural Womanhood exists because all women can learn to claim their natural fertility as beautiful, powerful, and healthy.

Grace Emily Stark, M.A., is the Editor of Natural Womanhood. Grace holds a M.A. in Bioethics & Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Healthcare Management & Policy from Georgetown University. She is a current Ramsay Fellow at the Center for Bioethics and Culture, and in 2019, she was awarded a Robert Novak Alumni Fund Journalism Fellowship. Grace and her husband are a certified Teaching Couple for the Couple to Couple League, teaching the Sympto-Thermal Method. When she isn’t writing or running after her three small children, Grace loves to relax by cooking, baking, and hosting barbecues with her husband. Cassondra Moriarty

Cassondra Moriarty, IBCLC, FAE, is co-host of the Natural Womanhood Podcast, a fertility awareness educator, and a lactation consultant based in the New York City metro area. She runs a private practice where she teaches women and couples about their menstrual cycles and provides support to postpartum families. Dr. Monica Minjeur, DO, is the founder and CEO of Radiant Clinic. She is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in testing and treatment for infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent miscarriage, painful periods, PMS and other gynecological conditions. She is passionate about using menstrual cycle analysis to improve the lives of women and couples.

Dr. Minjeur earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed her Family Medicine residency at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center in Mount Clemens, MI. She has also completed additional training in multiple methods of Restorative Reproductive Medicine including NeoFertility, Creighton/NaPro Technology, and FEMM. She is a NeoFertility Medical Consultant.
